Thank you Eric for creating the 6 week weight loss challenge.  Through hard work, regular exercise and the right nutrition, I lost 19 pounds in 6 weeks.  You have found the right combination of nutrition and healthy exercise (at least 3 days a week) to not only see the results on the scale but to see the results when looking in the mirror.  The skills you provided me are ones I will continue to use as I travel on my weight loss journey.

I have been coming to EA for 3 years. I was getting stronger and seeing results but realized something was stopping me from where I really wanted to be. The 6 week challenge made me look at just not my workouts but how I was eating. The workouts are amazing but what we do to fuel our bodies is just as important. The last 6 weeks made me take a hard look at my nutrition. No matter how hard you workout you need to make sure you are also being mindful of what you eat. The challenge was tough but I am so glad that I did it and I realize now that the 6 weeks are over I want to continue feeling this good!

I randomly meet Eric at EA Fit Club and I’m so happy I did! I knew I needed to make healthy changes in my life but was having trouble doing it on my own. After Eric’s initial assessment of where I was and what I wanted to achieve, he devised a 6 week program with the perfect combination of training exercises, nutritional plan, and life style changes. He always pushed me hard but not to the point for me to lose interest. Eric is a very bright Trainer with a treasure trove of health and fitness knowledge. He is also very personable and easy to work with. I’m happy to report that over six weeks, l lost 8 inches and 18 pounds.  I also feel like I am well equipped to continue on a healthier path in the future to remain fit and keep the weight off.
